Nie dosc, ze ciekawie piwniczna (nie, nie myszy), ti jeszcze jebanana sie wziela i nagazowala, jak lekko gazowane geuze jakies niecodzienne :)

Complex. But totally flat, I have some problems with completely flat lambics, I need a couple of bubbles to get going.

Clear copper color. Grapefruit zest with wood, plum, vinegar, hay, apricot, elderflower. Strong tartness, no sweetness and no bitterness. Mild astringency. Mild carbonation, medium body. Plum like aftertastes. Distinctive!

12/11/2023, 75cl-fles. Botteldatum feb 2018. Boeket van appel, riet, en granige geuze. Smaak is heel zacht, tussen zoet en zuur, ietwat vlak, klein beetje waterachtig, wel heel smakelijk.
