Transparent orange pour. Brett on the nose. Thin consistency, and a teensy bit flat, but boy is there a lot of sharp sourness to be found in here! Followed by a very short faint and then follow-up by a new sour pinch. Nice!

Straight from the barrel, flat but already a complex flavour!

Light bodied and mellow. Apparently they gave me the last glass of the cask.

Late for the pic. Lemony, tart, earth. Light bodied. Very low carbonation, almost flat. Sweet.

Belgium-Pt. 2: Good, but a very one-dimensional basic young sour. Interesting to taste what their base is for all their beers though, and to see how the older blend added to it creates the magical gueuze.

Het proefje na de rondleiding. Eiken, stro met wat lichte bloemen tonen in de geur en smaak. Mooie lagen van smaak. Weinig koolzuur, gaat richting wijn.

Weird, almost wine like.

Tiene su gracia aunque es una lambic diferente. Cero gas, más amarga que ácida, pero con matices muy interesantes para ser una lámbica tan joven.

Kinda like a fruity kombucha with a nicer finish

That familiar amazing nose. Light tart/acidity with this young (one year) right-from-the-barrel offering. Too soon but a beautiful foundation on which to build. This will stay three years in a barrel before bottling.

Still quite sour but a nice woodiness slowly emerged.
