Aroma is funky, woody, leathery with tart grapes. Medium to light body with a lively carbonation, medium leathery tartness.Tart red berries&tart grapes, gooseberries, unripe blackberries.Light complexity, with lots of edges, yet smooth and well balanced.

Signature Cantillon rustic flavor and character with a bit of hay and lemon mixed with extra clementine orange and cherry flavors coming through with wood and lemongrass. This is really neat, bright, crisp, and rustic and finishes perfectly.

Celebration of closing on a house beer. This was a soft delicate mingling of the grapes and lambic making for a really special and delicious beer.

vinous yet soft, not too tannic, just a beautiful lambic that's simply delicious and quaffable. Wish I took a picture :(

Very earthy. Strong grape. Barnyardy funky. Pretty tart. Thanks, Chris W.

Red grape and cherry. Unbelievably dry and tart, overripe peach and red grape. Finishes with fresh raspberr

This is nice, I had two bottles and I didn't open them before I traded them so I'm happy to try it. It has so much bite and flavour. Probably one of the best beers of the night. Can't really describe everything here but it's one hell of a beer
