Enjoying some of Belgium finest with dear friends in Ecuador. Gracias Andres.

Mucho cereal en nariz y boca. El trago evoluciona a acidez equilibrada. Cierto matiz dulzón mínimo que rebaja la potencia. Seguramente provocado por el paso bianual en barrica de coñac.

0.33. Citrica, quasi piatta. Note fruttate (albicocca), vinoso (b.a. cognac). Beva lenta. Gran bel lambic!!! 7 gradi

NotGT backlog. Not nearly as acidic as da Bokke. Much more crml n sweet from da Cognac BA influence. Vino concentrate incredible hulk henny n hyp bub gum wit a floral pop. Sizzly fermented carb settles smoothy as the acid tongues on sets slowly

Old enough that the cork was a pain in the a$$, but still absolutely delicious. Not quite as tart as fresh but plenty of the barrel still present.

Holy wow! We went for the one I’ve never seen state side. The cognac barrel helps give such a wonderful mouthfeel

How did I not log this in??? Brunch last Sunday with the whole family in. Brought back from Belgium by my daughter and future son-in-law. One of the truly classic beers of the world; it did not disappoint.

Many subtle flavours, rich and complex. A treat for anyone who loves drinking lambic beers. Dry, sweet, sour, and layered.
