Cantillon from 2004. Wow! Has held up incredibly well. Perfectly tart. An honor to drink this.

Well this was a fun surprise. Dry and vinous, not still but not carbed much. Still delightful

Funky, tart, and a semi-dry finish. Very complex. Stone fruit, a bit of wood, and a lingering funkiness. Fantastic lambic. Crazy the flavor is still so strong after 20 years.

Bottle pour at Snallygaster 2023. Still, clear gold. Nose is very lemony and leathery. Light herbs. Finishes a touch thin with acid. Still a lot of character for a beer brewed 20 years ago.

Hbd to me! What a pleasure to get to try this. Notes of tart green apple, white wine, lemongrass, white raspberry, apricot, pear, funky white oak, and damp soil. There’s little carbonation left and the oak just sneaks in at the end. Today is a good day
