Curious aroma from the bottle...a sweet bubblegum or cotton candy. Hard to characterize the aroma from the glass: cider, sweet, & funky. Flat & smooth. Farmhouse, funky, sharp light bitter finish. Unexpected.

4.10. More acetic acid. Extra Yuzu. Less mellow. Show a little bit maltiness.

2011...was hoping for carb. None but enjoyable...green strong assertive funk and expected lambicy nose... still lemony funky cheese. Solid flavor profile. Nice change tasting one still - has been awhile.

Sterk terugkomen van een matige start. Paardendeken lucht maar in de afdronk vrij soepel en niet te stoffig, een goede opvolger van de connaisseurs openingsbier

Still lambic with hints of hay. Reminds me of a farm on a beautiful clear day. Very interesting

Gotta admit, I came in unscheduled on this and wasn't ready for the uncarbonated aspect. Didn't love it, but it was still a cantillon beer. Definitely want to give it another go now that I get it.

Nice. This is quite the experience. It came in a basket. I'm not a huge lambic fan, but this is pretty special. It should be for $60/bottle!
