V funky rosé vinous, maybe most enjoyable “flat” beer I’ve encountered. Happy to change my mind re lambics…

so texturally it’s Lambic LITE, BUT it delivers all the traditional flavor on a subtle scale

Less carbonation than all other Cantillons I’ve had which I think is a detriment but still better than most beers ever.

Beautiful irridescense, glowing orange, completely still. Funky cheese and gym socks, lemon and fusel. Medium bodied, lightly watery, vinous, back-end sharpness, like an aged cheddar. Long, lingering, mildew finish.

Nucleate 2024. Funky nose. Funky, fruity, woody flavors. Great lambic

Flat golden colour. Nice barnyard funk in the nose. Refreshing white wine flavour in the start, long and acidic balanced finish. Tasty fruit notes.

Echte wijn van graan(?) v/d meesters van Cantillon. Mooie fles, schitterend etiket en ruikt fantastisch. Scherp randje ontbreekt, drinkt net wat vlakker dan je gewend bent van Cantillon. 3 jaar gerijpt op eikenhouten vaten en 1 jaar na bottelen ontkurkt

interesting.... I would have thought this a white wine had I not known it to be beer. no fizz, interesting feeling on my tongue after a drink. unique flavor not too anything - mellow
