I’ve only had this lambic a couple times, one of the only “regular” Cantillons I’m not that familiar with. It’s really nice though, bright and fruity, medium acidity, green apple and oak. Cantillon brine. Thin mouthfeel due to light carb. 2022 bottling

Beautiful irridescense, glowing orange, completely still. Funky cheese and gym socks, lemon and fusel. Medium bodied, lightly watery, vinous, back-end sharpness, like an aged cheddar. Long, lingering, mildew finish.
