Yummy tart raspberries, fruity, definitely moar acidic than others with a good funk and a dry finish, always well done 👍

Super floral and sweet nose, like cherry blossom. Lively carbonation and strong acidity, probably the strongest I’ve had in any vintage. Not too funky, but very tannic.

Rarement goûté quelque chose d’aussi intensément framboisé. Un peu trop acide tho. Belle façon de clore la soirée malgré tout.

Raspberry bramble, herbaceous, bright, tart. Bit vinegar forward as opposed to funk. Solid tannic finish. May improve with age as it's still young. Tart but not yet complex.
