Abv 6% Kleur: mooi robijn rood. Geur: kers, zuurtje en houttonen. Smaak: zeer plakkerig, licht funky, kers duidelijk aanwezig, wat houttonen en lichte carbonatie.

8 July 2021, 375ml. Already fairly acetic, but a nice cherry skin and flesh presence. Leathery funk and tannic oak, medium acetic acidity with a nice lingering cherry flesh and tartness. Medium body and brings the parotids in just the same.

If I hadn't just had the 3 Fonteinen, this definitely would have been a five. It's still awesome. Lovely tart cherry melded perfectly with that funky lambic goodness.

Big juicy tart cherries. Little bit of funk and dry wood on the finish. Damn good but could use some age

Tart sour cherries. Nice shirt dry finish. Nice to find a style that incorporates cherries without medicine haha
