This is beer poetry! The elder flower mix with the tartness, and sour parts is amazing! Like the elderflower lemonade, but better. The tartness carries the elderflower so nice!

June 11 bottle. English US label. The nose on this beer is a heavy floral bouquet and some sour lemon. Taste is a delicious geuze with some sour herbal bitter funk. Really spectacular.

Very peppery nose with a strange but subtle floral aroma. All I can say is that this is tasty. I haven’t had anything quite like this. Yum!

Nose is cucumber, jalapeño(?), funk. Flavor is fresh cut green pepper, light funk, clean hop, elderflower. Refreshing and delicious - What a treat 🍻

Belle amertume issue du sureau, c’est assez surprenant ! Ce mélange acide/amer me donne l’impression de croquer dans un pamplemousse. Assez poussiéreuse, le funk est marqué. Plutôt originale, et parfaitement maitrisée. Très cool !

LCI from yesterday. Absolutely fabolous blend. Elderflower is so well integrated into lambic. Delicious brew.

A little too much pepper for me (jalapeño pepper, not black pepper). Good, but I honestly just prefer the classic gueuze.

Still drinking well. The floral intensity perhaps has mellowed out a bit from the last time I had this.

Lekker, de scherp kruidige vlierbloesems gaan heel mooi samen met de basis lambiek en overheersen ook weer niet te veel.

Lidt chili i aromaen (på en god måde), sort peber, floral -masser af hyldeblomst (lol), pære, zyyyygt læskende. Nice
