Really good, but not a lot of benefit from the age yet on this one. Tasted much younger than the 2014 classic gueuze we drank right beforehand. Still pretty bitter, not very funky yet.

Funk factor has increased vs the fresher bottle. Lots of cheesy horseblanket, even more musty old oranges and earth. Almost a little tart in the finish. More reminiscent of their Geuze, but not as strongly flavored.

Happy birthday to me! It's not every day you have a big date to celebrate. This needed to be opened and shared with friends. Thanks for making it over, jesus c. and tops - super evening. Perfect carbonation, superbly balanced, wonderful finish. Sheer joy.

The hops have not fully broken down in this bottle. Still lots of funk but a very bitter finish.

A great start to a fun afternoon. Big nose of funk with melon ball scents and a very light smokiness. More melon in body along w notes of apple cider, slight grape, light peach skins, and lemon peel. Just the right level of tartness to help balance. 4.4

Рискнул и не прогадал. 9 лет выдержки сыграли очень хорошо. Глубокий древесный, многогранный богатый привкус - кайф.
