This was so good I forgot my checkin. Heavily/heavenly oxidized but awesome barrel flavor, green apples and flowers. 5/5.

La mia etichetta di Cantillon preferita, qui in versione giovanilmente vintage pescata dalla meravigliosa cantina di Gianluca dell'Ottavonano. Perché se lo Zwanze è follia, il lambic "non lambic" è perfetto: tanti sentori di miele, cereali e BXL! 🇧🇪

Une des très très bonne Iris dégustée jusqu'à présent. Léger végétal, presque rhubarbe, gros gros funk, c'est tellement bon. Acidité modérée à élevée. Wow. Need more of this. Dusty, bonbon Rockets, acidité comme des bonbons en poudre.

Really good, but not a lot of benefit from the age yet on this one. Tasted much younger than the 2014 classic gueuze we drank right beforehand. Still pretty bitter, not very funky yet.

Funk factor has increased vs the fresher bottle. Lots of cheesy horseblanket, even more musty old oranges and earth. Almost a little tart in the finish. More reminiscent of their Geuze, but not as strongly flavored.
