Delicious. Cream and light white grape

Bottled August 2023. Funky fruity nose, some grapes also. Clean taste, acetic. Notes of grapes. Very round mouthfeel. Paired with Raw Shi drum/pomegrenade/green apple

闻香是比较清新的酸感，一些葡萄的果香，入口沙口感较强，酒体比较单薄，葡萄的香气也比较淡，虽然很清新，但总感觉低于预期。

Extraordinary aroma of the flowering forest, the laundry, fruit & oak, but not obviously grapes. Nashi, green apples, fresh honeycomb. Off dry, mod sour, acidic, q oaky. More obvious grapes in taste but also both autumnal & early spring fruit & flowers.

Een bijzondere wedstrijd vraagt om een bijzonder bier. Hier kan ik de avond mee vullen. En hoop dat de naam van het bier past bij het resultaat. Het pleziert in ieder geval mijn smaakpapillen. Rins, zuur met ook wat zoet en fruitig, druiven iets perzik 😋

Probably bottle variation, but this was boring as hell and not worth any of the praise I keep hearing. Disappointment of the day for me.

Needs time. A small brush of phenolic and polish nails spread over, but it’s fine. Not invading, well covered by a fistful of grapes, vinous mouthfeel. Hard dryness and funk. Needs time. I’m sure will improve. 3.90

Całkiem mocno nagazowany, wyraźnie octowy, orzeźwiajacy i winogronowy. Raczej czysto, funky niskie. Nie ma jakiegoś super ciekawego wybijającego się akcenty poza sporym octem. Niestety etykieta lepsza niż piwo
