Store abrikos og mandarin vibes! Fylden nivellerer syren, når temperaturen stiger. Virkelig virkelig lækker. Lidt funky eddike-oliven, som egentlig ikke ødelægger billedet, men kræver lidt lambic-kyndighed at omfavne. Alt i alt dejlig oplevelse.

This is absolutely phenomenal. My wheelhouse 100%. Grape must, vinous and semi-bitter, floral tones, cork/oak and mild crittery funk, yoghurt, lemon pith, man this is exquisite.

Lambic de moins d'un an. Carbo 0, mais notes de coings/pommes fermières. Grâce à cette dégustation, je sais que je préfère le ''champagne du pauvre, la Gueuze.

Maybe some bottle variation but one of the most boring cantillon wine blends I've had. Maybe overshown that day but this was not memorable. One of the best label arts from cantillon though!

Eurhop Session 17/32: Soft and not very sharp, unlike the Cantillon average. Still good.

Quite an unusual beer. Spiced and mildly acidic. The spicy note really suggests curry flavour, but maybe I'm crazy.... Nice graos flavour and pleasant malt backbone. Not my favourite Cantillon, but pretty nice.

Diacetyl in een Cantillon, niet heel veel gelukkig. Yeasty en malty. Vrij zuur, droog, witte wijn vibes. Smaakt gelukkig beter dan ie ruikt.
