01AUG23 vs 2004. Den ferske ung, frisk, men likevel med en tydelig kompleks start. Mer champagnebrus enn grønne epler. Dempet sødme. Den gamle mer støvete, men kjellertonene forsvinner med luft. Mer kompleks, mer syrlig, uten at det er problematisk.

3분수를 아직 안 갔지만 지금까지 마신 맥주 중 최고. 4.75점이 전혀 아깝지 않다. 텁텁함과 신 맛이 밸런스가 정말 최고다. 극단적인 드라이한 맛이 람빅의 감칠 맛을 정말 잘 살린다. 향도 은은하면서 신 포도 맛이 아주 잘 들어가있다. 앞으로 더 다양한 람빅들을 마실 것 같지만 이 맥주는 상당히 오래동안 기억에 남을 것 같다.

Amazing! Still has decent carbonation. Minimal acid, just enough to know you’re still drinking a sour. So nicely developed

Fantastically delicious and complex. What a treat. The blend has gone much more sour than fresher gueuze, but it’s still pleasant and in great shape. Love that old Belgian pils malt note.
