The nose was somewhat soapy and floral at first. Mostly unripe red sour candy cherries. Yeasty side with light brett and touch or barrel. Overall pretty decent, but not their best imo

Fantastiskt balanserad, fina mandeltoner om något dova. Ser fram mot utveckling mot nya höjder ty lite ung och otryckslös.

Nice, sweet and almost perfumy juicy cherry in the aroma. Light body, surprisingly acidic and dryish mouthfeel. Unsurprisingly dry juicy cherries in the flavor also, some crackery notes also. 4.1-4.2 Thanks Joona and congrats for the #4000!

Soft and smooth. Typical schaarbeerkse. On nose and beginning it's quite good, but faded quite fast. Lack of backbone.
