Wonderful. First time trying Cantillon and it definitely didn't disappoint. Extremely balanced flavors with a funk that's pleasant.

Excellent super smooth lambic. Supposedly a saison as the base beer and there is a little bit of grain character but no saison yeast flavour -- it's all lambic pickle juice. Really really good.

Tuurljk moet er altijd een zuurtje op tafel komen. Deze is heerlijk zacht, al vond niet iedereen dit. Prachtig bier!

Pas de bulles, as expected. Un nez très vif, presque pomme. En bouche c’est une explosion d’acidité.
