Tart and dry. Tastes mostly of apples and sour fruits, with a yeasty quality. I know what the beer is supposed to be, but it feels a bit too thin.

Sehr schwach karbonisiert, Säure eher essigartig und fast lösungsmittel/acetonartig, dicker Körper mit einer seltsamen Süßstoffartigen Süße, gegen Nachtrunk deutlich phenolische Saison-Hefenoten. Wirkt nicht wirklich ausgeglichen, eher sehr essiglastig.

Fajny funk, cytrusowe ze średnią kwasowością. Przyjemne ale nie za dużo się dzieje.

Huh, it's almost not sour at all! Surprisingly full bodied for a wild ale. Very nice tart finish. That being said - I expected way more.

Fajnie czuć dzikusy i przyjemna kwaśność. Zdziwił mnie lekko gorzkawy posmak i dosyć duże ciało. Nie jest złe, ale spodziewałem się czegoś lepszego

Een mooi scherp zuurtje maar ook vermengd met fruitigheid en lichte zoetigheid. Duidelijk brettige wilde gist tonen en droog oaky / hout op de achtergrond. Geweldig!
