Third time having this 11-23-21 bottling. Not a fan, and it’s getting progressively worse. Very herbal with some bell pepper, rhubarb, red currant, red berries, dirty grapes, brett, and funk. I miss old Saint lam.

with little more than 2 years in the bottle this one really is at a great spot. grapes blend in marvelously. any sweetness is very subdued.

Sure et acidulée, délicate, effervescente, fruitée avec goût de fruits rouges, raisins, et vin rouge. Wow! Catch n release 17h 16e anniversaire DDC!! 👌🏼
