Red wine nose, tannins in the taste, very young

Lekker, was misschien iets te koud bij het begin, miste wat body & complexiteit. Even later (warmer), al een stuk beter.

Waniliowe, octowe i oborowe - taki dziwny miks tych 3 aromatow, bardziej idace w kompocik od tych winogron, 4,0, s: nagazowane, slodkie, pilsnerowe, z miksem funky i octu, te winogrona kapke skorkowe, ale ogolnie nijakie, 4,0 overall.

Kwasny posmak, a tak poza onem no soczek winogronowy… eh te pastry sourki. Na sniadanko ideolo. Acz rocznikiem sie nie podniecam, przynajmniej swiezym

I appreciate this more having done the tour and understanding to some extent how it’s made. One of their stronger ones at 7%. It’s not too taniny, not musty like Merlo, but bright and crisp, w some bubbles.

Grzeczne, ułożone, łagodne ale mocno winogronowe, umiarkowanie dzikie ale z długim owockowym finiszem, lekko oleista tekstura, sporo ciała jak na lambika ale w dalszym ciągu pijalne.

You get the merlot grapes as a tannic, earthy, musty addition to the lambic. A nice assamblage to bring together these two worlds, but not a personal favourite. I would have Vigneronne anytime before this.

Torr, druvig, fräsch, lite skalbeska. Väldigt gott men kommer nog bara bli bättre med lite lagring.
