The rhubarb have a citrusy lime, crabapple and the spicy tang of gooseberry. Currant, red grape and an overall musty wine taste round out the fruit and introduces a light briny taste. Weathered oak, cellar-like woodsy nuttiness and a hint of cedar

2022 batch. It's a bit different than the 2021 we had last night, but I like it just as much. Has more rhubarb flavor.

Crazy experience! Not at the canary but at the Beer and Barrel beer bar that was closed down and then at the new location. Fortunately ran into some other beer enthusiasts having the same issue, and we all made it here to have Cantillon in Shanghai!

2019. Beaucoup de sésame grillé au nez et en bouche, la rhubarbe est très subtile mais quand même présente. Nath fait une grosse compétition a Foufoune pour ma gueuze fruitée préférée de Cantillon.

Wonderful rhubarb on the nose! Funky acidic rhubarb and very earthy like feeling. Moderate acidity, really fruit forward, the tip is to begin drinking it quite cold to have the full rhubarb and as it warms up the funky side goes up. 2021.
