Nothing but green apple peels and wood. Missing the funky flavors I’ve come to expect and love. Not sure what the issue was with this batch.

Absolutely superb. Quintessential gueuze. Dry, grass, light/medium funk & barrel quality. Flavorful & vibrant, and yet it has a smooth quality to it. Really amazing. Bottled October 2, 2018.

Drank this one last year at Fonta Flora’s Zwanze day. No official Zwanze day in North America this year, so had to crack open a Cantillon bottle today to celebrate in my own way. Looking forward to try the 2020 Zwanze in Brussels when I can...
