This one tasted like apples amd grapes! Way better but only 4 months older that my last visit.

This is almost like a carbonated version of the De Cam 5 year lambic. Big lemon and oak notes.

Magnum. Œil : orangé, col fin. Nez : fruité, pommes, brett, boisé, clean. Bouche : acidité modéré, brett, boisé, pommes, léger herbeux. Magnifique longueur et équilibre.
