EB Quintessence Trip April 16-19. Life is indeed Belgian. Curry/walnut-notes are very dominant, almost vulgar, but I must confess I still love it. Mind blowing now but will be even better and definitely more elegant with some age.

焦糖味,葡萄干,以及一种能让人联想到棕色酒体的味道。上一次在罗马喝到的时候觉得非常惊艳,因为不单调的甜味真的为Lambic的酸增加了一层维度。但这次有机会与vin santo对比着喝,我感觉它的甜味加入的相对生硬,直接。我觉得Vin santo做到了更好的甜与酸的融合,但这款绝对可以带来更强烈的味觉感受。

Curry spices mixed with white wine/vinous flavors. Super mineral from smell. Dusty and floral. Dry and mineral again, nutty, maybe even to saltiness.
