Slightly oily, nutty (awesome walnut aroma and palate). A bit still too young I think, but nevertheless a masterpiece.

Unbelievable. I know it isn't aged in Sherry barrels like Zenne but I get like 90% of the same notes. Musty, oaky, oxidation, nutty, boozy. But you get a little hint of grape in there too and maybe a little sweetness too. It is my new favorite Cantillon.

This bottle is amazing. Wow. I don’t remember liking this nearly as much as I do now—I guess my tastes have changed? This is fantastic and the wine is as well.

It improved since bottling, very expressive this time, getting closer to a 2016 profile with loads of walnut oil but still with that Chateau Chalon finesse to it. Expressive but delicate. This beer will always be my GOAT, can only rank the vintages.

15 avril. Salle Ogivale Tasting Moeder. Francis se familiarise avec le Jaune. Estique que c’est bon. Le curry, les noix, le cheese. Want more. Le Pairing avec le Vin Jaune était plus que parfait.

Caramel, dried fruits on the nose, balanced flavour, smooth, less sweet compared to a fresh batch. Amazing

What is there to say? Sometimes life is hard, and frustrating. Sometimes you get to sit down with your thoughts and with such a beer. You think to yourself, life can't be that bad. To life!

4.70. So much vin jaune characteristic and so many details. The sherry and grape skins characteristic from vin jaune which almost perfectly integrated into the lambic. Very lingering. It's a lambic deserve enjoying sip by sip.

Unique. Barrel is stronger than most other Cantillon lambics. Very distinct grape flavor that I really like. Abigail S.. was right. 4.85
