Damn this is good. There's so much fresh rhubarb in the aftertaste, but it never drowns out the hay and funk of the lambik.

Last bottle. Rhubarb intensity and funk seem to have mellowed out quite a bit from what I recall. Glad to be drinking this now rather than cellaring it any longer.

Rhubarbe bien présente. Nez marqué, racine, terreux. Belle structure, rhubarbe, fruits rouge, acidulé. Agréable.

Beau funk avec une finale sur la prune/poire en bouche. beau nez de rhubarbe et un peu cuire/caoutchouc brulé. Pas trop acide , se boit tres bien

Rhubarb is very strong, close to a wood flavour. Acidity is pretty powerful too, and gives an interesting prolongation of rhubarb flavours. The mouthfeel is pretty astringent. Funk is absent. Edit : more funk as it warms up

Clear dark yellow, nice white head. Sour, a bit acidic. Nice sweet rhubarb that lingers, a dry finish. Very nice. Thanks Lucas!

Une Nath pour moi... 😍 J'avais tellement envie de reboire cette bière pour laquelle j'ai un amour tout particulier. C'est le feeling de croquer une branche de rhubarbe avec toute l'acidité mordante! J'adore!!!
