Doesn't seem to have that Cantillon funk but then again, neither of the other 3 beers. "Crispier" of the 3 but not as fruit forward as the other 2.

Ça sent l’acidité, la ferme. En bouche on retrouve le travail sur la gueuze. C’est hyper bin, ça a du caractère, on croque le fût et la rhubarbe apporte une touche de rondeur en bouche fort agréable.

Très délicate. Rhubarbe très subtile (trop ?) Base de lambic hors pair qui sauve les meubles.

Vraiment plus douce que ce à quoi je m'attendais. Doucement sûrette, rhubarbe présente. Pas la plus complexe mais j'ai bien aimé.
