Had this knocking around since 2020, finally found someone who can cope with weirdo lambic funk to share it with. It's weirdo lambic funk: totally flat, more wine than beer, sour, farmy oddness. Good but only the Belgians could've invented this stuff.

Bardzo przyjemnie się pije, jednak ten drewniany aspekt jest mocno chamowaty ( szok ze mi to trochę przeszkadza ), końska derka taka jak powinna lecz zdominowana

Ce truc est un peu un ovni. Aucune carbonatation. Longueur assez cool. Côté foin, fromage affiné. Gros potentiel de vieillissement. Voir avec le temps !

Golden color, absolutely zero foam; totally flat, almost no carbonization, aroma: white wine, bit sour, flavor: starts off very light, total white wine/wood barrel, bit sour, with a lingering sweetness, tang of bitter aftertaste

[End of Zwanze weekend] Rustic lactic notes, musty mushroom compost & funk on the nose; still; soft lactic & acetic acidity, cream funk, composting apples & white wine & lemon soaked sultanas; then oak wine barrels, dry white wine, lemon & plenty of funk.

(LCI) Bel équilibre, acidité moyenne, funk pas tant présent que ça au final. Ça reste très délicat et raffiné.

Well my corkscrew broke so its been a struggle to pop this cork. Ok nose. Nice earthy notes. Good bittersour end. Time for more cheese me thinks.
