Красное золото. Дух: навоз, белое вино, лимон, яблоко, уксус, лак, старый козел. Плоть: сухая терпкая, слегка сладкая. Персик, яблочный уксус, лайм, мед, хмель, немного говна. Легкое тело без карбонизации, послевкусие: стойкая кислая горечь. Не знаю...

Where to start…light on the punch but subtly complex. Definitely requires half a drink before it opens up and releases it’s character. A flat pour with no carbonation. Definitely worth the effort.

Basiszuurtje, maar als dat van Cantillion is, heb je sowieso iets lekkers in handen.

Pas de carbo, joli funk, beaux aromes vineux, pomme, poire. Le tout reste un petit peu plat. C'est bien, mais difficile d'accès.
