Not as fruit-forward as last time I had this year, but the apricot on nose and palate has become more skin and dried fruit than before. Quite tart to start, and then a nice lush sour finish. Still good, slightly harsh finish.

Acidity is really on point at this point. Balance has improved significantly.

Less acidic than I remember with sweet dried apricot notes.

Holy grail of lambics. Moderate tartness. Less apricot and peachy. a soft cloudy mouthfeel with a Relatively dry finish. Not sure if the aging process has dampened the fruitiness.

My last 2019, and the apricot is still punching but not as lush as it once was. Lots of fuzzy fruit skin on the nose, with a soft funk. Still really nice, but I’ve realized I prefer this much fresher.
