Komplext, lite oljig, syrlig, äpple, lite humlig, druvig. Väldigt gott!

Lemon, underlying apple, floral, oak, hints of barnyard funk, earthy bitterness, tartness/very slight acidity that helps to cut through the rich bitterness. There’s a slight vinous, herbal element from the hops but it’s faded. Nice, overall.

This is absolutely amazing, sour but not too sour, acidic but not too acidic. Obviously a near perfect blend with a rustic earthy quality, tiny sweetness in the finish. Big thank you to Luke for getting me this.

ハーバルなホップの香り。例年に比べると苦味が抑えられていて個人的には好み。酸も尖っておらずとてもドリンカブル。 澱は入れないほうが良かったね。

Funkier, sourer and hops less present but still there, with fruity and sweet notes balancing the overall, smooth mouth and full bodied, which for me is fine, but weird in a lambic.
