Pas l'amertume qu'il y avait dans mes souvenirs, mais un côté fruité (abricot, pêche) et légèrement sucré. Et une pointe acétique pas désagréable.

Råtten pinne og fjøs! Denne går en high-end fransk pinot noir en høy gang - funky så det holder, modne epler og lys steinfrukt i midten, mens syren lister seg rundt kantene. Outstanding!
