Lovely Wild. Funky and moldy, musty. Floral. Barn, leather/horse, hay, farm. Grainy core. Slightly fruity. Dryness. Bretta. Stone fruits. Delicately sweetness. So tasty. Elegant, classy. Rich. Low-medium bodied, silky, crispy/spritzy. Amazing character.

Starts great, wonderfully funky nose. Lemon is prominent with wheat but turns a tad sweetly midway and doesnt recover. But.. still good.

Alltid likt Gilloise, men har smakt den bedre før. Mye sitrongress i denne flaska. Aprikos og granny smith epler, noe vanilje. Markant syre. Cantillon eddik signatur med lufting. Moderat funk.
