Très cool, belle rhubarbe sans être omniprésente, on sent le lambic derrière avec un poil de funk. Sèche et assez acide

Delicious. Rhubarb and apricot sweet/tart with an almost wine barrel finish.

Richtig schön eingebundenen Rhabarber. Super ausbalanciert. Und natürlich mächtig sauer. :)

This is a good, fruity-ish, Lambic. It has a really nice, surprisingly full and still, body and a well done deep, mildly sour and tart, fruity flavor with just the right kick of complex dry funk to its finish.
