Frutas vermelhas verdes (morango, framboesa e cereja), hortelã, uva verde e forte apimentado. Muito mofo. Madeira levemente tostada. Podrinho brettado no último terço da garrafa. Grãos brancos. Efervescente. Acidez delicada. Fim seco e curto. Boa!

Zingy sharp masterpiece. One of the best Cantillon I’ve had. So sour and the rhubarb is just such an amazing fit for this style💥

Bit weaker in taste than the previous Cantillon. Still good but not amazing. Honestly smells like sulfur and shit. 😅

To bardzo smaczny lambik, o mocno średnim zapachu. Rozczarowaniem jest jednak rabarbar, a raczej to, że w ogóle to piwo nim mi nie smakowało

Te smell is disgusting, like an old yeast and sulfur. The taste, though, it's glorious. Given that it's a lambic, I can't really take points off for the smell, so it's a damn solid rating.

Beings me back a bit to when my grandmother would give me rhubarb dipped in sugar. More tart than traditional Cantillion and give the outward appearance of some acetic tartness, but it's in the background with the rhubarb. Fabulous beer.
