More funky than other vintages I’ve had, and I love that about it. Just enough raspberry with a great mouthfeel. My favourite Rosé de Gambrinus yet.

At 2-years-old, This was extremely smooth and complex. At the nose, I got strong notes of raspberry followed by funk. The flavors follow the nose with a raspberry dominated flavor profile with a tad of tartness and a funky finish. Huge thanks to Jeff R.

Stunning. Raspberry is incredible. Sharp up front. Tons of herbal funk. Finishing dry with lingering raspberry and funk.

We caught this bottle at a weird time. Started with a distinct astringency but got better with air.

The extremely gracious Jeff R. brought this in to share with our awesome bartender Dan at FFG. I’ve had RdG before, but this was just amazing. Raz was bright and vibrant, nicely effervescent, and the funk was just perfectly balanced.

Givet til kæresten for 1,5 år siden og ringe opbevaret. Får næsten lyst til at opbevare alle mine flaske varmt og i indirekte sollys, for den smagte helt genialt. Fed og fabelagtig frugt som Hommage, når den er bedst 😋😄

Still think this has the best raspberry flavor I've ever had, just light, fruity, not tannic. Fruit gets in and out. Thanks Brandon H.

16Jan2018, 75cl. Solid pop of the wet cork. Not sure this would've lasted long in the cellar. Poured with a lot of head, and an orange/oxidized hue. Slightly faded raspberry, but some sharp funk in the background. Little tannin on the finish. Delicious.
