Bottled 11 Dec 2018. Rich, funky, very nicely developed. Deep dark cherry with a lovely thick effervescent body, nice acidity, dry with a lingering finish. Lovely.

This has aged aggressively. It is highly acidic. That said, I enjoyed the complexity.

Mainly tart cherry pie filling, but there's a peak of malt, dryness and bitterness on the finish. Great choice to pair with pecan pie.

birthday brew #3: 12.10.18. bucketlister for last, a long time coming. I've never had a kriek like it. tart, funky cherry aroma. intense lambic base, barnyard funk, mild metallic tinge, massive unsweetened cherry. healthy fizz. dry finish. goddamn.
