Great! Cantillon profile with s light sweet component to it. Light secondary raisin hints. Just a great balanced brew that I bet will just get better!

Really nice! Some toasted oak, walnuts like la vie est belge (vin jaune) soft and a dry finish. Glad there is more where this came from 😍

This is definitely getting better - the creamy carbonation is especially on point, while the complexity continues to evolve nicely. 4.60

Musty, earthy, grapefruit peel, heavy minerality, lovely Port character. This will continue to get better and better.
