Leading up to 10,000, as I probably won’t have access to anything special at that time, I’ve been cleaning out the (small) cellar. For a Cantillon beer (and one I transported across the ocean and sat on for several years), this is not one of their best.

金色澄清度稍低，酒帽量少。香氣的酸香感疲軟，野味一般並帶少許蜂蜜。入口碳酸感低，風味與香氣雷同，帶少許果乾感與單寧。整體甜度較風格預期清晰，收尾乾，尾韻主要為稍帶葡萄乾風味的酸韻為主

Tart rotten apples, metallic and almost taste like blood. Slightly dried grapes, not raisin but dried grapes. Some portwine notes. Have to Open up. After that Alot of portwine, Woody, mildly tart, slightly Dusty and oaky. Harsh aftertaste, not so deep.

Funky as hell, with notes of delicious aged cheese taking center stage. Finishes with cherry and dark fruit, still complex but smooth as silk. Outstanding stuff.

Good. Not amazing. Very few Cantillons have lived up to the hype or hassle for me.

Rozijnen, port. Duidelijk vat herkenbaar, erg licht, goed doordrinkbaar, rozijnen in nadronk.
