Super smooth and fruity, one of the best Cantillons

Topper!

Just fabulous, had in the esteemed lambic vault! Bought it in Davis, CA this year.

Oh lord. The funk, the dark fruits, the delicate mouthfeel, spicy red wine finish that just lingers. Real deal lambic

This is remarkable now after 4-5 years. Red fruits, vanilla, mild acidity, barnyard, blue cheese funk, light mustiness, light puckering tannins in the finish. Lambic is really dominating the fruit now. Really special when that happens with old grapes.

Celebrating the next chapter of my life with the best beer, bourbon, and friends tonight. I wish everyone important to me could be here right now. I got a job offer today for something I never thought I’d have a shot at. Everything is perfect tonight.
