En god kriek. Meget kulsyre, lidt sødme, okay kirsebær smag, ingen tørhed til sidst, men en lidt pudsig eftersmag. Men den når ikke op på Boon. Den er stadig favorit, og så koster den kun en tredje del.

#FruityFriday Do people in Belgium really drink this stuff? I think it’s more like, “the Americans will pay $30 a bottle for Our cherry cough syrup vinegar from that leaky barrel we forgot in the horse stables over the past two years.” Sorry. Not sorry🤷

Nez sur la vieille cave, l'acidité acétique, vinaigre, vin rouge, tannique. Belle acidité, c'est hyper sec en bouche. On retrouve le côté vinaigre/vineux, mais aussi prune plutôt que la cerise. J'adhère pas plus que ça...

Very1st Cantillon in my life! Bel naso fruttato e funky. Tanto spumosa. Alla beva è meno fruttata: tanto cuoio, botte, cantina e parte luppolata. Acidità moderata. Forse il meglio l'ha già dato da giovane. È un po' "sgraziata". Non vale 14€ ma li capisco.
