Miam , raisin blanc , canneberge , nectarine/peche pas mûre. Asser acide , prend de la complexité et de l'elegance en se rechauffant. Très peau de fruit , un peu tannique et funky en finale

Fuck me, c'est délicieux ça! Nez ultra fermier, raisin qui a vieilli dans une grange mettons. En bouche, vineux mais bien tart, cuir, ferme. Très belle persistance des saveurs. Équilibrée. World class, merci Simon F.

Nå snakker vi! Fars hvite bacalao servert med rødvin, orangevin, og Vigneronne. Dette er kvalitet! Myk syre, godt innslag av druer, fruktig og lett krydder. Dette er høyt oppe i paring av øl og mat. Skikkelige saker! Ølet er så klart fint alene også...

Aged for 3 years, ridiculously good. Olive oil viscosity, apricots, pear and vinous notes. Wow wow wow.

Grapes. Sour. Funky. Woody. A bit rounder than last time. Still balanced. Nicely ageing. (Still Biased)

Maybe appropriate to enjoy this gift in Milan. Italian grapes delivered to up to Rue Gheude 56 for some Bruxelles magic and back to one of my favorite bars in the world. Grapey tartness up front but mellow, less acidic finish. Thx Sara. 🇧🇪🇮🇹🍻
