För en lambic så är den alldeles för söt för mig. Fina toner av druvor men lite för mycket sötma faktiskt. Sen känner jag smaken av oxiderad humle vilket ändå var ganska nice i kombination med det söta

Broad and funky lambic with a rich and refined white grape presence. Mild sour. Soft bitter and dry undertone. Wow, this is perfect!

The untappd ineptitude is amusing. There isn't a '20 vintage yet? The grapes have not even been harvested. '19 bottle 19/20 season viognier (b1) viggy latest batch in the sun.

Nose is musty and mildly vinous white grape, tobacco and heavy oak. Palate is rich and mildly caramel accented.
