This has developed interestingly. At the moment more geuze than grape. Aroma: white peach and some gewurztraminer. Taste is quite lemon/citrus forward like an aged cantillon geuze. After taste is some grape, white pepper. Let's see what another year does!

Very delicate and refined grape blend. Grapes are really well integrated with lambic. Lots of grapy and musty notes, grapeskin touch, some fruity and mineral notes. Beautiful brew.

Expensive highlight of the night ! Probably nicer on warm summer day, today it felt fresher. Yet, as subtle, floral and reminiscent of white wine as I remember from the 2018 I had in Brussels!

Maybe appropriate to enjoy this gift in Milan. Italian grapes delivered to up to Rue Gheude 56 for some Bruxelles magic and back to one of my favorite bars in the world. Grapey tartness up front but mellow, less acidic finish. Thx Sara. 🇧🇪🇮🇹🍻

Aroma has Viognier grape’s peach, apricot along with elderflower and hints of lemon, apple and Cantillon’s dirty funk. Initial flavour is spritzy, sour, sweet and musty. Light mouthfeel. Finish is funky, oaky and slightly acidic. Lovely.

Proficiat Jelle!!! Smaakte me wel moet ik zeggen. Het jaartje leeftijd heeft de druif er meer doen uitkomen. Nog steeds zonder bruis maar ik vind het niet echt storend
