Au nez c’est différent de pasmal tout ce que j’ai goûté! Gros raisins vert, funk, boisé, vraiment très bon. La Dernière du cloché 🙏🏻

Loving this new grape varietal. Its much more prominent and complex, with the base lambic taking somewhat of a back seat. Gorgeously delicious and tangy, almost like cotton candy grapes. A little funk and a dry finish.

Loads of stone fruit, low to no acidity, finished nice and dry! Delightful!

De geur is zuurder dan de smaak, er zit ook iets best zacht in de smaak. De smaak is wel niet héél uitgesproken
