Lovely apricot, peach, honey, vinous, oak, funk. The issue is the acidity which increases on warmth. 3.8

Très très bon. Vin blanc , raisin ,bois, acide, funky, belle pétillance. Dommage que la bouteille ait explosé et que je n'en ai sauve qu'un verre.

Eccellente il primo bicchiere con sentori e gusti vinosi caratterizzati da un’incredibile delicatezza. Dal secondo bicchiere in poi l’evoluzione è una demolizione Lambic: uva completamente scomparsa, sembrava di bere la loro Gueuze…un peccato!
