C'est tellement bon une vigne! Raisins, sèche, funk, pas mal tart, suranné de fou! Je trouve par contre la 2021 plus dans ma palette, du moins c'est bonbons rockets en malade et meilleur équilibre!

Better than previous year that was more acidic, this one boasts the fresh viognier grapes, is floral, funky, slightly tart with bit of a citric finish. Also quite mineral.

Lovely grapes. Elegant white wine, green grapes. Vinous. Tannic. Funky, leathery, dry, floral. Grainy base. Acidic, sour, rustic, astringent. Woody, oakey. Low bodied, silky, mineral, spritzy, effervescent. Refreshing. Impressive set. Balanced. Rich. Big.
