Can't beat proper glassware. Nose is Cantillon funk and vineous white grape. Flavour is tart white wine, counterbalanced by the funk with a wheat note in the finish. It drys out the palate with the tannins leaving you going back for more.

Gorgeous. Low acidity, fairly clean, lots of minerals and salinity. Peppery and herbal. Not super vinous but more like grape juice mixed with stone fruits. Not really sweet nor dry/tannic. Smooth AF

Gotta admit I remember the '18 way better than this one but it's still a terrific beer, just not as nuanced, the cereal is way less present and the tartness is a bit not that elegant. Still, beautiful.
