Toujours dans mes favorites de chez Cantillon. Changement de cépage ou pas ça reste d’une justesse rare. Sécheresse et mineralite folles. Vin sec sur la peau et retour aromatique sur la chair du fruit. La balance est parfaite. Acidité pedio unique
